Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information vysatrading.com (the "site"), operated by Vysa Trading LLC, collects, why, and what choices you have. Contact: support@vysatrading.com.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, reason for contact and message.
- Free resources: when you request a free guide, your name, email address and the guide you chose.
- Call bookings: calls are booked through Calendly, a third-party service. Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in server logs for security and operation.
We never ask for passwords, payment card numbers, government ID or financial account details on this site.
2. How we use it
- To answer your message and hold the calls you book.
- To send you the free resource you requested and, occasionally, related tips. Every email includes a way to ask us to stop.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies, local storage and advertising
This site displays ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message before personalized ads are shown.

Some pages embed content from third parties (Google Maps, Google Fonts, Calendly), which may set their own cookies. Interactive checklists in our articles save your progress only in your own browser (local storage); that data never reaches us.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the site: our web host (Hostinger), our email provider, Calendly for bookings and Google for advertising. They process data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Where it is stored and for how long
Your information may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We keep contact messages and resource requests only as long as needed to answer you and keep our business records, and delete them when no longer needed or when you ask us to.
6. Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored outside the public web folder and are not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to support@vysatrading.com. Depending on where you live (for example Canada, the European Union or certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
