These terms apply to your use of vysatrading.com and its pages (the "site"), operated by Vysa Trading LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Educational content only
Articles, guides, checklists and free resources are general information based on personal experience. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Vysa Trading LLC does not provide regulated investment services and does not manage third-party money. Before making decisions, check official sources and, if needed, speak with a licensed professional.
2. Accuracy
We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but rules, prices, fees and platform features change. We do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it.
3. Third-party sites and brands
The site links to third-party websites and platforms (for example Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Wealthsimple, Questrade, Interactive Brokers, Calendly and Google). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or services. Brand names belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
4. Affiliate links and advertising
Some of our projects may contain affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. The site also shows ads served by Google AdSense. Neither affects our opinions.
5. Free resources
Free guides and checklists are for your personal use. You may not resell, republish or distribute them as your own without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, design, photos of Ysabel Pérez and the Vysa Trading name and branding belong to Vysa Trading LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and short quotes with attribution.
7. Services and calls
Introductory calls booked through the site are free and carry no obligation. Any paid service (such as a website, an audit or a subscription) is governed by a separate proposal, invoice or agreement that states the price, scope and timelines.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to send spam, attempt to access systems or data without permission, interfere with its operation, or submit content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vysa Trading LLC is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on its content.
